Plot Rent
Rents are currently £20 per year for a full plot. This will go up to £25 for 2024.
Membership Subscriptions
Annual membership currently costs £5 per member. Any regular allotment worker should have a membership.
Special Rates
- If you are over 70 years old and have been a member for over 10 years you do not have to pay a membership fee.
- If you are over 80 years old and have been a member for over 10 years you will pay no membership fee and only half rent.
Please claim reductions upon payment.
Payment Deadlines
Rents and membership fees become due from 1st January each year. If Allotment Rents are not paid by the date of the AGM in January it will be assumed that you do not want to continue with the Allotment and it therefore becomes available to be re-let at that Committee meeting. This will be strictly enforced.
Cheques
The Association has a bank account at the TSB and cheques should be made payable to "Watnall Allotment Association "
Online payment
Payment by BACS transfer is also now possible. For details, please speak to the treasurer.
