The AGM is held every year in January. This is an opportunity for you to have your say and it is also time to pay your subs for the forthcoming year.
The venue and time of meeting will be communicated prior to the meeting on this site, via the meeting minutes, notice boards and Facebook.
Payment of Rents
After the formal part of the AGM the Treasurer will be available to collect Annual subscriptions and Allotment Rents
The Treasurer will confirm rent for the forthcoming year, any increases will be in line with running costs and rent increases from the landlord.
